YA MOTEMA PRIZES AND LIBOKE D'EXCELLENCE PRIZE
After that, time comes to the main
activity of the day ; the Awarded Ceremony, and the
launching of surprised distinctions : '' The Prize
Liboke Ya Motema'' which are 2 prizes given to the
most outstanding members of The Congolese Association
of Young Chefs and the Association Donnons Le Sourire
for their Heart they gave to the needy kids of Congo
through our Charity program " Cooking For the Children
" , these were given to Esther Pabou Mbaki ( attaché
de Press of our Association) and to Ella Emouengue
( member of our sister association dealing with Humanitarian
action- Association Donnons Le Sourire) ; I would
like to add that the 2 winners of this Prize were
Ladies. Lastly, the Big Prize named:'' Liboke Prize
Of Excellence'' was awarded to Vinda Matingou Jean
Crispin (also called Maître Pepe) by His Excellency
the Minister of Small Scale Enterprises in Charge
of Craftmanship of Congo-Brazzaville, Mr Aimé Parfait
Coussoud Mavoungou for his outstanding contributions
the last 3 years; by promoting the Congolese Cooking
and eating habits in national and international levels,.
The medal was given to him with a cheque of US$ (dollars)
400 to motivate and stimulate all members of the association
to do the same. This prize is awarded only every 3
years and given only once in life and give the winner
an automatic membership to our future Club Liboke
D'excellence which will be our association club of
Wise, experienced members. These prizes gave big motions
and all winners were surprised to receive these gratitude.
At the end, the Toudissa Malanda Honour, the President
of the Congolese Association of Young Chefs thanks
the minister and the public to honour the chefs during
this day, and invited the the guests to a closing
cocktail . We Wish a Happy Cooking and Happy International
Chefs Day 2005 to all Chefs of the World

shown and tuned on the Congolese National T.V and
Radio, Private TV (DRTV), Radio Brazzaville, Radio
Liberté ,Digital radio , and daily Newspapers.
